• Our website content, branding, and code remain our property
• Work created for clients belongs to the client upon full payment
• We may retain rights to use general techniques and methodologies

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

Stack9 Labs provides services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information, or code with third parties without your consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Terms for handling partial work and payments upon termination will be specified in individual agreements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
